Every Thursday at 9:30 am, we send our property deals to investors by email. We only share deals this way. If you want to buy a property, just follow the simple steps in our weekly email:

1. Send a text to show you're interested.

2. We'll call you back in the order we get texts and share basic info about the property.

3. If you want to move forward, we'll send you our Terms and Conditions and an invoice for our Finder’s Fee.

4. After that, the sale happens like a regular one, and you'll work directly with the agent.
